Returns and Exchanges

In case of the unlikely event you will need to return any goods. Please call Shirtseed at 604-760-8379 and obtain your return authorisation number to avoid any delays in crediting your account.

Please be sure to include the following details with all order cancellations:

• your company name.
• your daytime telephone number.
• a copy of your invoice.
• the reason for the return (in order to improve the quality of our garments or services).

Your return authorisation number must be written on the outside of the packaging. If you require help on how to cancel your order please call us at: 604-760-8379.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days for a full refund to your credit card, or for an exchange, providing the product is in its original condition. You will be refunded the cost of the product only. The original shipping costs and any additional shipping costs are the purchaser's expense.
